Welcome to a new school year. We hope everyone had a great summer and we look forward to an exciting new year. We would like to encourage each MA family to become a member of the PTA. The dues are $20.00 per family. The money received from the dues and the fund raising project, (Cookie Dough Sales), are used to support our school academically. We also are responsible for the STEPCOM Folder System, which provides each student with a folder containing progress reports, report cards, monthly calendars, and any important papers from the teachers and school. We hope each of you will become involved with the PTA and MAKE GOOD THINGS HAPPEN FOR MONROE ACADEMY!
About Us:
PTA is an organization that supports the educational process at Monroe Academy, and sponsors academic and cultural groups at the school.
Most importantly, PTA supports the MA faculty by providing various materials that they need.
The PTA provides the Step-Com folders for the school, which is a resource for information to be send home with the students every four weeks.
We would also encourage our parents to participate in the Campbell’s “Labels for Education” & “Box Tops”. This resource helps to provide extra items in the classrooms.
Many parents take part in our school’s PTA. We would encourage everyone to become involved and support the wonderful school that we are.
