Music at Monroe

Monroe Academy students have numerous opportunities to participate in music enrichment activities.  We currently offer a high school level music class that includes instruction in music theory, keyboard and guitar performance, vocal musicianship and world music.

Our upper school students also compete in our regional and state literary competitions in boy’s and girl’s solos, boys’ quartet and girls’ trio and piano.

Finally, after school piano lessons are provided to students of all ages desiring to either begin piano instruction or further develop their musical skills to the intermediate or advanced levels.
